Cut the pears in half. Remove the pits. We cut one pear into small cubes. The second pear is cut in half: one half into small cubes, and the other into thin slices, we will need it for decoration. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare the baking dish. Use baking paper or grease the pan with a little oil.
Now let’s prepare the batter. Mix ricotta and eggs until smooth, then add flour and baking soda. Stir well until you get a uniform mixture. Add the pear cubes and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Decorate with the pear slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.
If desired, you can drizzle honey or maple syrup on top before serving.
